MIG WELDING (2 WEEKS)
Earn industry recognized credentials in just two weeks! This bootcamp covers blueprint reading, basic welding symbology, welding safety, machine set-up, and the MIG welding process. Additionally, students will take part in key job readiness training courses including resume writing, interview skills, and workplace communication. Scholarships are available to those who qualify. HVAC (HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING) BOOTCAMP (7 WEEKS)
Earn your nationally recognized EPA 608 Certification. This evening course is done in partnership with Cleveland State Community College, where you will learn essential techniques to become an HVAC technician. You will learn how to maintain, service, repair, or dispose of equipment that could release refrigerants. Additionally, students will take part in key job readiness training courses including resume writing, interview skills, and workplace communication Upon completion of the course you will receive your a Workforce Development Certificate of Achievement of 80 Hours of HVAC Training.

FORKLIFT DRIVING BOOTCAMP
Earn your industry-recognized ANSI Classes 1, 4, 5 Warehouse Forklift Operator Certification in 1 week. The program involves classroom instruction, hands-on forklift training, and a final exam. Additionally, students will participate in key job-readiness classes including resume writing, interview skills, and financial literacy. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.

A Little History
A lot of people used to know this program as “The Refuge”. We offer many of the same services, but now under the name of City Fields. In 2020, City Fields acquired the Refuge’s primary services, including job readiness training and employment services.
